The owners’ activity dates back to the early 1990’s, when they established a sales network to distribute products and services of European (Swiss, German and Austrian) insurance companies and banks to clients from Central Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Due to market entry among the firsts, the group enjoys great success and good reputation.

During the three-year preparation the primary aspect was to bring the most secure investment environment that provides simple transparency for the international clientele due to the investor protection and high requirements of anti-money laundering regulations.
The United Kingdom, especially London is one of the major international financial centers, therefore the holding company has been established in 2008 in England, under the name INNOVATIVE INTERNATIONAL GROUP LIMITED.
